All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any taxes, duties or charges that may apply to your order will be shown at checkout before you pay, or handled in accordance with the rules of the destination country. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where an error in price or product information has occurred. If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or a replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time; if this is not done, you may seek a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Livucci and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the sale of goods to consumers in Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
