Refund policy
At Livucci we want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. This policy explains your rights to return items and receive a refund, and applies alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the ACL.
Change of mind returns (14 days)
In addition to your ACL rights, you may return most items for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items (such as pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Return shipping costs
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Livucci covers all return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fee.
How to start a return
To start a return, email us at info@livucci.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and simple instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
