Shipping policy
We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process, ship and deliver your order.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time to addresses in Australia is 7 to 15 business days after processing. Total time to receive your order is therefore approximately 8 to 18 business days from the moment you place it. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, customs, or carrier delays during busy periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Any applicable promotions, such as free shipping thresholds, are shown on our website and applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any import duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer, in line with the rules of the destination country.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue, including a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.
